Dayummm this diet is working well.
The diet food I have been eaating tastesbetter than regular food. My diet food is a salad with grilled chicken, seasoning, and fresh tomatoes or fresh salsa, and dressing. All fat free and low carbs. :) For breakfast I have frost wheats cereal because it has no fat, but a great taste. For snacks I have an apple. :)
I excerise too. But if you cut out fats and don’t excerise, you can lose up...
